AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FOR ARQ 2025 CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
We are pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for the ARQ International Conference 2025 paper/poster presentation.
ALL ABSTRACTS WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE INDEXED JOURNAL AS CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS. KINDLY FOLLOW THEJOURNAL ABSTRACT TEMPLATE TO ENSURE YOUR ABSTRACT MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS FOR PUBLICATION.
- The abstract submission for Scientific Presentation is open to both Faculty and students.
- The topic of presentation should align to the conference theme: Driving Excellence in Accreditation, Ranking, and Quality assurance to shape the future of Health Professions Education.
- Conference Registration for all authors is mandatory.
- Each registered author will be allowed to present either poster or paper NOT both.
- Each presentation can have a maximum of three registered authors.
- All authors should enter their Full names with Initials and their conference registration Ticket ID during abstract submission
- Kindly rename your abstract file name with FIRST AUTHOR NAME and upload in pdf format.
- Presentation should be an original research, case study, systematic review or scoping review. Narrative reviews will NOT be accepted.
- Oral Presentation time should not exceed 8 mins with additional 2 mins for question- and-answer session.
- E- poster presentation should not exceed 3 mins with additional 2 mins for question- and-answer session.
- Both Oral and E- poster presentations should be in PowerPoint format and prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 or higher versions.
- Kindly use the ARQ ppt slide template for Oral and poster presentations.
- Times New Roman style and font size 24 or above should be used for oral presentation.
- Oral Presentation file size should not exceed 30 MB.
- E- Poster presentation should have only one PPT slide in Landscape orientation (16:9).
- Best scientific paper and poster presentation will be awarded. Decision of Judges and Scientific chairman will be final.
- Kindly upload the abstracts on or before 10th June 2025 (Only through website).
- The Presentation upload will be available till 10th June 2025.
