Guidelines for Paper / Poster Presentation
We are pleased to invite you to submit abstracts for the ARQ International Conference 2025 paper/poster presentation. The abstract submission is open to both Faculty and Students from all Health Professions. Your research work should be related to the conference themes.
The topic of Scientific paper / e poster presentation should align to the conference theme: Driving Excellence in Accreditation, Ranking, and Quality assurance to shape the future of Health Professions Education.
Conference Registration for all authors is mandatory.
Each registered author will be allowed to present only ONE presentation.
The presentation can be either a poster or an oral presentation.
Each presentation can have a maximum of three registered authors.
It is mandatory for all authors to enter their Full names with Initials.
All authors should enter the conference Ticket ID while uploading the final scientific paper/ e poster.
Presentation should be an original research or scoping review or systematic review or a case study. Narrative reviews will NOT be accepted.
Oral Presentation time should not exceed 8 mins with additional 2 mins for question- and-answer session.
E- poster presentation should not exceed 3 mins with additional 2 mins for question- and-answer session.
Both Oral and E- poster presentations should be in PowerPoint format and prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 or higher versions.
Kindly use the ARQ ppt slide template for Oral and poster presentations.
Times New Roman style and font size 24 or above should be used for oral presentation.
E- Poster presentation should have only one PPT slide in Landscape orientation (16:9).
Presentation file size should not exceed 30 MB.
Kindly rename your file name Oral/ poster and Conference Ticket ID.
Upload the presentation only in PowerPoint format.
The Oral /Paper presentations should be uploaded on or before June 10, 2025.
Each session will be awarded with best scientific paper / poster presentation.
Decision of Judges and Scientific chairman will be final.
The schedule of the presentation will be communicated at a later date.
